Kettle 2the Metal

This class will help kick all your fitness goals into high gear! Functional, compound exercises work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, developing strength and muscular endurance and efficient caloric expenditure. With a focus on integrating breathing, movement and alignment with your ability to control balance and weight. We combine body weight exercises for an all around heart pumping workout. Lift

Is all about building strength and utilizes a variety of equipment to sculpt all major muscle groups. No Cardio. All Levels Welcome!

Metabolic Conditioning. A fast paced, high- intensity aerobic conditioning workout designed to challenge all of the body’s energy systems to increase strength and endurance and incinerate fat. All Levels Welcome!

Tabata

High Intensity Interval Training. Tabata features 20 second intervals of extreme exercises, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body. All Levels Welcome!

Cardio Kickbox

This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you! All Levels Welcome!

Hero’s Training Camp
