I have been in the fitness industry for many years. I love to inspire and motivate and lead my clients to accomplish their goals. Whether it is one on one or a group setting, be prepared to be challenged both physically and mentally. Aside from personal training and group fitness, I am a certified RRCA running coach as well as an avid runner. I am a true believer in complimenting a running program with strength training. On my own time i love to race whether it be in running or triathlon, no distance is too long. I have worked with countless charity teams as their top trainer to assist in training programs to get our athletes to feel confident and ready to take on their races no matter what their level may be.

I have always had a love for fitness. From elementary school all the way through college if there was a sport to be played i played it! From basketball to volly-ball, track and swim i made sure to be on the team and then made captain! This past year I was asked to be the track coach for my old High School and i couldn’t have been prouder! We worked hard and brought back many medals and trophies, but above all the kids fell in love with the sport. I always tell them whether they want to compete or just got bit by the, “running bug”, there is always a goal to be met and the bottom line is you are only in competition with your old self. 

Helping people is something that i just love to do. Whether it be product information, fueling, i am like the visitors guide to athletics. Knowledge is a super power. It allows me to help the people around me succeed and excel. Its something that makes me stand out from the rest and has helped me become one of Brooklyn’s top trainers and group fitness instructors around.
